2026 Comité Noviembre Scholarships: CELEBRATING PUERTO RICAN HERITAGE
Established in 1987, Comité Noviembre is a unique collaboration—the only one of its kind in the United States—bringing together the strengths, leadership, and talents of key Puerto Rican organizations that comprise its member agencies. Its mission is to plan and promote events and forums that highlight and celebrate the significant contributions Puerto Ricans have made to this country.
Since its inception, Comité Noviembre has emphasized volunteerism and educational excellence as essential pillars for the Puerto Rican community. In November 1996, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Puerto Rican Heritage Month, the Comité Noviembre Scholarship Awards Program was established to support and uplift the next generation of Boricua leaders.
Application Deadline: Friday, May 29, 2026
